We install every shingle roof to manufacturer specifications. That means 4-6 nails per shingle in the designated nailing zone, proper offset between courses, starter strips along the eave, and ridge cap shingles at every hip and ridge. When the manufacturer inspector shows up, your roof passes.

Shingle Selection
We inspect your existing roof deck and sheathing, measure the area, and help you choose between architectural and three-tab asphalt shingles. Color samples brought to your Mart home.
Old Roof Removal
We strip the old shingles, underlayment, and damaged flashing down to the roof deck. Every square foot of OSB or plywood sheathing inspected for rot, water damage, and soft spots. Compromised decking replaced before new materials go down.
Ice Shield & Drip Edge
Ice-and-water shield bonded at valleys and eave lines. Synthetic underlayment over the full deck. New aluminum drip edge at every eave and rake. All flashing — chimney, pipe, vent, wall — sealed and secured before a single shingle goes down.
Shingle Courses
Asphalt shingles laid from eave to ridge with precise offset between courses. Every shingle fastened in the manufacturer's nailing zone — too high or too low voids the warranty. Ridge cap and hip shingles complete the system with ridge vents for balanced attic ventilation.
